Here Comes the Son

I began this blog after a challenging couple of weeks. This past Monday, my son Wesley who is now 9, was evaluated for Autism Spectrum Disorders. The more or less official diagnoses are Cerebral Dysfunction, a slew of Behavioral Disorders, and most likely PDD-NOS (Pervasive Development Disorder – Not Otherwise Specified)/AD (Aspergers Disorder), though it is difficult to elucidate exactly what is going on with Wes because he is so complex…

So, why the “Here Comes the Son”? A good friend recommended it to me.  When she did, I thought of the Beatles’ song “Here Comes the Sun” and realized it was perfect.
